Too true. As a business coach, I am only too aware that enabling my clients to feel in control again is a major factor in them getting their businesses back on track. So if you are really are feeling worried, stressed, angry and helpless, Business Builder is a very effective business tool and its modular approach is structured to assist you to regain the control in YOUR sales operation. What have you got to lose??

I entirely agree with the original post and the comments added by John Williams.
I have explored the functionality of business builder and find it's modular approach ideal for introducing a more proactive and measured approach to an SME business.

I can't agree more.
As business consultants (www.theteamthatcan.com) we regularly encourage our clients (because we like them) to focus on 3 key areas:
1) get the right methodologies (processes) in place to support your business,
2) use the right tools to support those processes
3) give your people the competence to use those processes and tools.
One of the great things about business builder is that it can flex with the right processes, rather than forcing business to 'shoe-horn' their processes to fit the tool. That kind of tail-wagging-the-dog can be hideously expensive in terms of wasted time and money and demotivating key staff. Well done for helping to give your clients what they need.
