Business Management Systems

Business Builder for Print is an internet based, modular business management system which sits on the internet. It is suitable for either printers wanting to sell more or print managers wanting to control the whole admin process with excellent CRM functionality.

You only rent the modules you need. It is designed to help you fix whatever sales and marketing or business management problems you may have, from a simple database of contacts to full CRM or print management and supplier control functionality. Examples of sales and marketing problems could be frustrations that you are not controlling your sales team, you can’t profile your customers and prospects properly so you know your marketing isn’t effective, or you can’t get a single sales friendly view of multiple accounts databases.

We do this by providing a central database online, with full graphical analysis that is accessed from anywhere, to make your sales activity and analytics transparent.

For the technically minded among you, these are Java MYSQL browser based systems, with full Outlook integration and access from PDA’s / Blackberry’s / iPhones / mobiles available for businesses on the move. Being web based most systems are rented (the SaaS model) without any capital outlay, but how you pay for the systems and how much support you need is up to you.
