with CRM functionality.
This means that unlike other systems, an Enquiry from a Prospect can:
- Be allocated to some or all of the approved suppliers for that specific type of print
- Suppliers have their own web pages to submit the tender on, they are chased by the system automatically to remind them of close dates
- Their responses automatically go behind the right enquiry, mark these up and send your price to the Prospect.
- When they order, you can award the job to the winning printer online
- System manages proofing from supplier to end customer, and stores proofing history behind the job
- Desired delivery date is tracked and supplier reminders sent automatically
- Documentation to manage this is produced, one click to send invoice information to accounts
- Store job bag information centrally online
- Full reporting with graphical analysis of CRM performance, missed deliveries, supplier performance, key account tracking etc
